Ingredients:
· 2 cups of 1% low-fat milk· 1 cup of eggSubstitute
· 3/4 cup of Prune Puree
· 2/3 cup of sugar
· 1/2 cup of evaporated SkimmedMilk
· 1/3 cup of UnsweetenedCocoa
· 2 tablespoons of margarine, melted
· 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
· 6 (3/4-inch-thick) French bread slices; cut into cubes
· Vegetable cooking spray
· 4 teaspoons of PowderedSugar
Instrutions:
Combine first 8 ingredients in a huge bowl;Beat at medium speed of mixer until well-Blended.
Stir in the bread cubes. Divide mixture evenly among 8 (8-ounce) ramekins coated with cooking spray.
Chill & Cover about 3 hours.
Uncover and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until pudding be set.
Sprinkle with powderedSsugar; serve warm.
